The chef

Executive Chef John Taus has a strong culinary following in his native Philadelphia and has already made his mark on the culinary scene in Chicago. Chef Taus has mastered and remixed his own version of “Nouveau American Cuisine.” And, as a special treat to Chicago palates, he brings his unique bent towards European Continental and Eastern European fare integrated into his beloved Northern Italian dishes.
